INTERSTATE TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT CO. known as ITEC has been in
the TRAILER REPAIR business since 1986. Jack Severs established ITEC in 1985 in a
single bay rented building. In 1986 he purchased land on Glendale Road and ITEC was
expanded. ITEC is the oldest repair facility inJoplin under the same ownership and
management.
Jack Severs is president, with 39 years of experience. Previously he was a salesman for
Trailmobile, later becoming branch manager for them in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA.
He later was employed by Utility Trailer Manufacturing.
ITEC is located at 301 Glendale Rd, Joplin, MO. It is located off of I-44 at Exit 6.
It is only one exit from Petro Truck Stop, Pilot and Love's.
